We are seeking a Multi Skills Technician to join our team at the North West london. This role is crucial in supporting our Building Services and Construction team by assisting in the delivery of the curriculum and supervising students in the workshops.
Day-to-day of the role:- Support the teaching teams in the effective delivery of the curriculum.
- Supervise students in the workshops, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards and good workshop practices.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure that equipment is serviced regularly.
- Assist in the preparation of materials and equipment for lessons and projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to students during practical sessions.
- Working knowledge and experience across a range of construction craft trades.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements in a workshop setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with young people aged 16-19.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Competitive salary range of £22,499 to £25,872 for 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
