We are looking for a Multi-Trade Builder to join our in-house building team working on various projects. You need to have a full clean driving license or no more than 3 points.
Doing what I hear you say?
You would be working on a range of properties around London, dealing with simple partitions and installations to more complex projects to a high standard in a sensitive turnaround time.

?You will be putting up partitions and stud wall using plasterboard, timber and insulation to the precise required measurements, making sure the rom sizes are accurate and as per plans.
?Carpentry, kitchen, wardrobe installations, installing and maintaining doors, fire doors, fire strips and self-closers, locks and other items ensuring all are in compliance with HMO regulations.
?Perform precision tiling and flooring work in kitchens, bathrooms and other areas to a high-quality.
?Lead/assist with bathroom and kitchen refurbishments, check plumbing and electricals work, with installation of fixtures and fittings is done accurately.
?Apply skim coat to walls and ceilings, achieving a smooth and even surfaces for further work.
?Paint interior/exterior with attention to details, ensure flawless finish, wallpaper, paneling, so on.
?Great problem-solving, decision-making skills with attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
?Ensuring premises are left clean and tidy
?Ensuring company equipment, including any vehicle are kept in good order and maintained.
?Able to check and complete job reports on company systems and produce legible receipts (Soldo).
?Any ad-hoc projects necessary to make sure properties are signed off, ready for use or return or within the office complex.

What do you need to have and know?
?Proven experience as a multi-skilled builder with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
?Relevant trade qualifications.
?Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and best practices in construction.
?You would normally work as a team, occasionally when possible on your own..
?Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
?Full UK driving license and valid drivers license with no more than 3 points
