Role: Multi Trade Operative - Carpenter
Location: North London
Salary: 35,000 - 38,000 (Basic Salary)

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Carpentry Biased Multi Trade Operative to join a leading Principle contractor within their Reactive Maintenance Team. You will focuson delivering high-quality maintenance services to residents in North London. You will be responsible for conducting various repair and renewal tasks as part of the social housing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carpentry Works
- Basic Plumbing
- Patch Plastering
- Snagging Works
- UPVC Window Repairs
- Minor Tilling repairs to kitchens and bathrooms
- Collaboratively working alongside operatives to finish repairs
- Complete daily worksheets detailing the works completed and materials used for each job
Requirements:
- Holder of afull UK driving licence.
- NVQ in Carpentry or equivalent
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- High standards of workmanship and productivity.
- Dedication to delivering excellent customer service at all times.
