- Russell Taylor Group is recruiting for a Multi Trade Engineer for a full-time permanent position in the London Area, starting ASAP.
- The role involves responsibilities such as taking deliveries, carrying out reactive work, completing maintenance works, and assisting the Contracts Manager with costings.
- Candidates must have a DBS, PTS, Blue CSCS, and the right to work in the UK, as well as their own tools and PPE.
- The position offers a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 per year and requires previous experience in a similar role.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM, with additional hours, weekend work, and callouts as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Taking deliveries of materials
-Checking deliver notes and handing them to the foreman
-Carrying out reactive work on all types of fabric equipment on the client asset register
-Complete worksheets in a timely and efficient manner and submit to the head office each Friday
-Make recommendations regarding condition of plant and submit Life Expired reports if necessary
-Completing planned maintenance works in accordance with the client specification
-Assist the Contracts Manager in preparing costings for any remedial works
-Order job materials and submit copy paperwork to the head Office each Friday
-Every 4 weeks being an out of hours call out engineer to cover all reactive faults Monday to Friday 17:30PM until 08:30AM and all weekend from --Friday 17:30PM to 08:30AM Monday Morning.
-Attend training and Health and Safety courses from time to time as directed by the Contracts Manager
-In the event of an accident, report to your nominal first aider who will be introduced to you during your site induction.
-Complete accident report forms as directed by your Contracts Manager.
