A housing company in South West London is seeking a Multi Trade Operative with Fire Door experience to join their team.
The ideal candidate should have experience across all trades in owner-occupied homes and occupied commercial properties.
Daily responsibilities include attending properties to complete repairs, plastering, masticing, painting and decorating, carpentry, and hanging/replacing fire doors.
Candidates are expected to deliver high-quality work and excellent customer service.
The position offers a competitive salary and requires relevant experience in the field.

I am working with a housing company who have a have a residential development in South West London, they are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join their team ideally with Fire Door experience

The ideal candidate will have experience completing works across all trades in owner occupied homes and occupied commercial property's, you must be able to complete works to a high standard & deliver excellent customer service

Day to day duties:

Working from a schedule attending property's carrying out works
Completing repairs
Plastering, Masticing, Painting & Decorating, Carpentry
Hanging & replacing fire doors
