CANDIDATE INFORMATION -Multi-Trader
- Good customer services skills, well presented and articulate
- You will have experience of working on property maintenance contracts previously and be competent on a wide range of carpentry including fire door installation, fencing & decking, assembling shelves/units, skirting boards, kitchen fitting etc
- The ideal candidate will also have experience of painting and decorating, tiling, plastering and so on
JOB INFORMATION
- As a multi-trader based from home you will be working on a mobile basis. You would be responsible for carrying out general property maintenance such as painting and decorating and carpentry work for private domestic dwellings across West London
- General building maintenance experience such as fencing/decking, skirting boards, fire door installation and maintenance, painting and decorating, tiling and so on.
- Covering the West side of London you would be responsible for ensuring all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner.
- Working as part of a close-knit team you will work both alone and in small teams dependent on the requirement
