The ideal candidate should have experience in completing works across various trades in owner-occupied homes and occupied commercial properties.
Day-to-day duties include working from a schedule to carry out repairs, plastering, masticing, painting and decorating, and carpentry.
Candidates must be able to deliver high-quality work and excellent customer service.
The position offers a salary of £30,000 and requires at least 3 years of relevant experience.

I am working with a housing company who have a have a residential developments within the The City of London in locations such as Islington, Barnet, Harrow & Brixton they are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join their team ideally with residential experience

The ideal candidate will have experience completing works across all trades in owner occupied homes and occupied commercial property's, you must be able to complete works to a high standard & deliver excellent customer service

Day to day duties:

Working from a schedule attending property's carrying out works
Completing repairs
Plastering, Masticing, Painting & Decorating, Carpentry
