I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work in London as part of the response maintenance team for a large housing contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in tenanted and void properties and will receive a company van and fuel card.

The successful Multi Trade Operative will receive:

Annual salary of 37,000
Company van and fuel card
Competitive annual leave structure
Full time employment

The Multi Trade Operative will be:

Working independently as a mobile worker
Ensuring works are carried out safely to an excellent standard
Dealing with residents issues and complaints
Tiling, painting, basic plumbing and carpentry skills
Tablet usage in line with company policy

The Multi Trade Operative will have:

Experience within a trade
Previous social housing experience
Ability to meet deadlines and objectives
Relevant NVQ qualification
Full UK drivers license
