multi trade Supervisor

Multi Trade supervisor needed for a Maintenance Company undertaking planned work on local authority properties. Responsibilities:
* Ability to supervise a team of multi trade operatives on a social housing contract
* Provide a high-quality service to customers and maintain a good customer relationship
* This will include general response repairs / reactive maintenance
* Have knowledge of the materials and methods used in the building and maintenance industry.
* Full current driving license.
* Competent to oversee completion of a wide variety carpentry, plumbing and other trade tasks at multiskilled level
* Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties
* Minimum NVQ level 2, or time served experience in either carpentry, masonry and/or plumbing with proven competency in non-core trades.
* Experience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescales
* Full Driving licence (clean)
* Ability to undertake physically demanding work
