Sonic Summary

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join their team in the Waterloo area of South London.
Candidates must have previous experience in social housing and possess a full UK driver's license.
The ideal applicant should have NVQ level 2 or above in a relevant trade, along with multi-trade and carpentry skills.
This is a permanent mobile position with tasks assigned via a PDA, requiring efficient work to meet project deadlines.
Salary details are not specified, but applicants should ideally have experience in the field.

Our client is seeking a experienced Multi Trader to join their team who's based in the Waterloo area. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various trades and able to undertake a range of tasks in a competent and timely manner. Previous experience working within Social Housing is essential.

This is apermanent role,suited best for applicants who live within South London and are used to mobile work.

About the role:

You will work in the South London area as part of a team dedicated to delivering maintenance to their residents and properties in and around the Waterloo area. This is a mobile position, with jobs assigned via a PDA

Duties include:

Carrying out repair and renewal tasks
Promptly informing the Supervisor when additional trades are needed
Independently handling specific tasks
Collaborating with colleagues to complete joint tasks
Filling out daily work sheets with details of work completed and materials used after each job
Working efficiently to meet project deadlines

Essential Requirements:

Full UK drivers license
NVQ level 2 or above in a relevant trade (preferred)
Multi Trades/ Carpentry skills
Previous experience working within social housing
Great communication/ customer service skills
Superb standard of work
