Nexum Group require an experienced Multi-Trader to work on a permanent basis for our long standing client, a fit-out company based in Central London and Essex.
Due to theircurrent growth, we are looking to add a high quality multi trader to theirFit Out and Maintenance Divisions on current and future jobs across London and the South East. The work will be mainly commercial projects of varying size with some domestic works required.
The successful candidates will have the following:
- Substantial experience in the building industry to acquire the skills and techniques of your specialised trade (ideally carpentry)
- Experience performing a multi-trade role
- Time served experience and a good understanding across multiple trades including plumbing (in both domestic and commercial settings) tiling and painting & decorating
- Experience with suspended ceilings and raised access flooring an advantage
- Experience in servicing, repairing and maintaining domestic and commercial properties to a high standard including the ability to diagnose defects and accurately report findings.
- Holder of relevant current construction skills certification scheme CSCS site operative card

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- CSCS (preferred)
- SSSTS beneficial but not essential.
- Driving Licence (required)
