We are seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join our dynamic team in South London. This is a freelance position with the potential to become a permanent role, offering great flexibility and long-term stability. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle and tools and be ready to work across various trades. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, electrical work, and more.
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments across residential and commercial properties.
- Travel between different job sites in South London using your own vehicle.
- Work closely with property management teams and clients to ensure all tasks are completed to high standards.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on all job sites.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trader, with the ability to work across various trades.
- Own car (for transportation to job sites).
- Own tools required for the job.
- Enhanced DBS check (required for working in sensitive environments).
- Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
