Wise May are looking for a Multi Trader to join our client, an extremely busy and sociable Property Development company based in the London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely team in a company who reward hard work.

Duties to include:

Undertake reactive repairs.
Prepare Risk assessments.
Coordinate works that may require additional external tradesman, specialists and consultants.

Skills:

Full clean Drivers Licence.
Electrical and plumbing skills.
Strong understanding of H & S regulations and requirements.
DBS check.
