Sonic Summary

The position is for an All Round Multi Trader in the SE1 London area, specifically around London Bridge.
This is a temp to perm role, starting with a 3-month temporary period before transitioning to a permanent position.
The salary for this role is £41,000 per annum.
Candidates should have relevant qualifications in their primary trade, such as Carpentry or Plumbing, along with experience in one or more secondary trades.
The job requires good customer care and administrative skills, and applicants should be reliable and experienced tradespeople.

ALL ROUND MULTI TRADER

Temp to Perm position available 3 months them then move on to a perm role
Location: Covering SE1 London around London Bridge area, all sites within a 10 mins walk
£41k per annum
Good all round candidates with can do attitude.

We're looking for a number of good all round Multi Traders-skilled and enthusiastic tradesperson able to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in the SE1 area.

With a relevant qualification in your primary trade e.g Carpentry / Plumbing, and one or more secondary trades you will have good customer care and admin skills and enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems.

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools you'll need. We also offer:
