Are you a skilled Multi Trader looking for your next opportunity? Join our Housing & Regeneration team in Enfield and make a real impact by delivering high-quality building maintenance and repair services.
About the Role
As a Multi Trader, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing properties across the borough. You'll bring your expertise in multiple trades, ensuring homes are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations.
What You'll Do
- Carry out a variety of tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering, and painting.
- Diagnose and resolve repair issues effectively.
- Ensure all work meets health and safety standards.
- Deliver excellent service to tenants while working in occupied and void properties.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project timelines.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in at least two trades.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Relevant trade qualifications.
What We Offer
