Multi Trader Needed for Leading Main Contractor in Social Housing

Skilled Careers is currently seeking experienced Multi Traders for a prominent main contractor working with a respected housing association in the Clapham area. Multiple positions are available, and interviews will be held this week!

Role Overview:

As a Multi Trader, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers
• Ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high-quality standard
• Conducting inspections to identify areas requiring maintenance or repairs
• Collaborating with the wider maintenance team and contractors as necessary

We are looking for confident and skilled Multi Traders with a solid background in maintenance.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Relevant trade qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)

Details of the Role:

• Salary: Up to £43k per year, paid weekly via CIS
• Location: Clapham and surrounding areas
