Multi Trade operative for reactive maintenance work in Westminster
Up to £40000 per year plus van and fuel card

We are looking for a Multi Trader Operative that hasexperience within the social housing sector to join a busy repairs and maintenance contracts.
Carpentry or Plumbing background essential, fencing/replacement of rainwater goods/overclad, experience in window care/repair, brickwork, pointing, rendering, plastering, paving desirable
About You
Candidates will hold a relevant City and Guilds or NVQ level 2 qualification in a core trade with addition secondary trade skills and have excellent working H & S knowledge. Customer focused with experience of working in occupied properties, you'll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. Ideally holding a Blue CSCS card.
You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).

You will need:
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Previous experience on a similar contract
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2)
- Clean DBS
