Sonic Summary

We are seeking experienced Multi Traders for property maintenance in the Lambeth area due to increased contracts.
The position involves working in social housing properties, either in disrepair or tenanted.
The pay rate is £20 per hour, and the role includes a company van and fuel card.
Candidates must be skilled in at least two trades such as plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering, or painting and decorating, and have social housing experience.
A clean driving license is also required for this position.

We are currently looking for experienced skilled Muti Traders due to our property maintenance client winning additional contracts in your area. This work is all based within the social housing sector in either disrepair or tenanted social housing properties based in the Lambeth area.

Job Details / Benefits:

Rate: £20 an Hour
Company van + fuel card
Hours: 8:00am – 17:00pm

Key Requirements:

Skilled in 2 or more trades, such as: Plumbing, Carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting &decorating
Social housing experience
Clean driving licence
