We are seeking experienced Multi Traders for property maintenance work in West London.
The position offers a salary of £35,360 per year.
Candidates must be skilled in at least two trades, such as plumbing, carpentry, or tiling.
Experience in social housing and a clean driving license are required.
The job includes a company van, fuel card, and 29 days of holiday.

We are currently looking for experienced skilled Muti Traders due to our property maintenance client winning additional contracts in your area. This work is all based within the social housing sector in either disrepair or tenanted social housing properties based in West London

Multi Trader job details:

Salary: £35,360
Area: West London
Company van + fuel card
Hours: 8:00am – 17:00pm
29 days including holidays

Multi Trader key requirements:

As a multi trader you must be skilled in 2 or more trades, such as: plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting &decorating
Social housing experience
Clean driving licence
