Sonic Summary

We are seeking experienced Multi Traders for a property maintenance client in Ealing due to new contract wins.
The role involves working in the social housing sector, focusing on disrepair or tenanted properties.
Candidates must be skilled in at least two trades, such as plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering, or painting and decorating.
A clean driving license and prior social housing experience are also required for this position.
The job offers a company van and fuel card, with working hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and a competitive salary based on experience.

We are currently looking for experienced skilled Muti Traders due to our property maintenance client winning additional contracts in your area. This work is all based within the social housing sector in either disrepair or tenanted social housing properties based in the Ealing.

Multi Trader job details:

Area: Ealing
Company van + fuel card
Hours: 8:00am – 17:00pm

Multi Trader key requirements:

As a multi trader you must be skilled in 2 or more trades, such as: plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting &decorating
Social housing experience
Clean driving licence
