Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for key accounts within the retail sector, with a focus on mass-tige.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Oversee the sales performance of key accounts, identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer service and satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and forecast future sales trends.
- Manage contract negotiations with key accounts.
- Stay updated on retail industry trends and developments.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Profile
A successful NAM should have:
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager in the retail sector.
- FMCG experience (personal care preferred)
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Excellent understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
