Role: Networking Engineer (Mid-Level)Salary: £35,000 to £65,000 per annum plus excellent bonus and bens, depending on certs/experience Location: West Sussex
We're excited to offer a permanent opportunity for a skilled Networking Engineer to join a team based in West Sussex, where you'll be solving complex and innovative networking challenges. This full-time role involves a blend of mainly site-based work across the South-West UK and time spent at the West Sussex office, with the potential for increased remote working as you settle into the role.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering client-focused solutions and enjoys working with cutting-edge technologies like Extreme Networks and Fortinet. While experience with these vendors is advantageous, hands-on experience with other vendor products is also welcomed.
We're seeking a mid-level Networking Engineer with solid experience in delivering networking solutions. You should be proficient in core technologies such as switching, routing, wireless and firewall solutions. You'll play a key role in supporting the team in an agile environment and contributing to the design of high-performance network architectures that meet client needs.

Desirable skills & experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with core networking technologies, including routing, switching, wireless, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with routing protocols, advanced switching, and wireless solutions.
- Experience with Extreme Networks or Fortinet technologies (certifications a plus), though experience with other networking vendors will be considered.
- Comfortable interacting with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working on medium to large-scale networking projects.
- Ideally expertise in designing scalable, reliable, and secure network infrastructures.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
