The role of Night Chef is critical to the success of our teams within the kitchen, you will be accountable for high standards throughout the entire kitchen, inclusive of maintaining high levels of food safety and world class hygiene standards.As a Night Chef, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen during the overnight shifts.
You will proudly showcase your talent to others, always representing the Shangri-La brand to the highest of standards. You will enjoy supporting your colleagues in delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests.
