- £34,000 per annum plus circa £4,000 service charge
- Working 40 hours per week, 10pm to 6:30am
- 28 days holiday (plus an extra day for your birthday!)

Responsibilities as a Night Chef
- Preparing a variety of consistently high-quality dishes to be enjoyed by guests during the evening and night.
- Ensuring your workstation is clean, organised, and upholds the highest hygiene standards.
- Managing your section efficiently and ensuring you meet the impeccable standards expected by the apartments.
- Sharing creative menu and recipe ideas with senior chefs to elevate the culinary experience.
