About this role:Night Concierge - Canary Wharf - £30,000 - 12 hour shift 4 days on, 4 days off - Immediate startThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant residential development located in Canary Wharf that offers excellent career progression and invests in its employees. The successful candidate will be employed in a prestigious development equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. The primary responsibility of the Night Concierge is to maintain the luxury standards of the residential development by ensuring a pleasant and safe environment and delivering the highest level of customer care in accordance with operating procedures.Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide exemplary levels of customer service and support.- Welcome all residents and visitors in person at reception or via telephone/email.- Manage deliveries and collections for residents, logging notifications through the resident's app.- Handle all requests for access to apartment keys in accordance with system procedures.- Serve as the point of contact for queries and building/management issues.- Offer residents advice and recommendations regarding local amenities.- Ensure facilities are opened and closed at the start and end of the day.- Provide support for private events held within the development.- Adhere to Service Pillars and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).- Oversee emergency procedures, including fire evacuation.Requirements:- Previous experience as a residential concierge, night duty manager or in a front-of-house role.- Strong attention to detail.- Commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
