A leading property company is seeking a Night Concierge to work on a high-end Build-to-Rent development in South West London.Overview:

Job Title: Night Concierge
Location: SW London
Salary: £26,000
Working Hours: 7pm-7am. 4 days on/4 days off.

Responsibilities of the Night Concierge include:

Provide excellent customer service to all residents and visitors.
Carry out building patrols.
Carry out security checks of the building.
Manage parcels.
Ensure the building is health & safety compliant.
Ensure reception area is presentable and communal spaces are tidy.
Record safety checks.
Monitor emails and escalate where required.

The person:

Confident with lone working.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional presentation with excellent communication.
