Job Overview:The Night Concierge is responsible for maintaining a secure, welcoming, and well-organised environment for residents and visitors during overnight hours. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety of the property, and managing late-night operations with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Resident and Guest Assistance:
- Greet residents and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide assistance as required.

Building Security and Access Control:
- Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring only authorised individuals enter.
- Conduct regular security checks of the property and report any irregularities.

Incident Management:
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including fire alarms or medical incidents.
- Document and report any incidents or safety concerns to the appropriate parties.

Administrative Tasks:
- Handle late-night communications, including calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate logs of visitors, incidents, and deliveries.

General Oversight:
- Ensure communal areas are clean, tidy, and presentable during the night shift.
- Follow handover procedures to update the day team on events during the night.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a concierge is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergencies.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems).
- Knowledge of security protocols and building management procedures is an advantage.
