Night Concierge Supervisor/Duty Manager required at this high-end residential estate in Battersea to supervise the Night Concierge Team and ensure that the Residents receive excellent levels of customer service and to ensure that the operations are run according to protocols and standard procedures in place. Key duties will include providing front of house facilities and services to the residents and assisting with the concierge duties where necessary, ensuring all communal areas of the development are presentable to the highest standard, monitoring onsite security, providing shift and management reports, and attending regular Management Meetings. The successful candidate must have previous experience of working in a large multiple block residential development and have experience of leading and motivating a small team and taking autonomy for resolving issues and managing nightly operations. Must have excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes.
