Night Network Admin – Night Shift (7pm-7am)

Location: East London, Silvertown

Shift Pattern: 4 days on - 4 days off

Salary: £30,000 + 10% bonus (£33k)

As a Night Network Admin, you will work closely with the Network Operations manager and take charge of all inbound parcel quality control, data entry, analytics, customer service and problem resolution. You will work with a dedicated team of 5 to establish the most efficient and day-to-day operations and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all inbound parcels, revenue protection and instant problem resolution.  
  • Coordinate with operations manager to manage delivery routes, drivers and stock replenishment.
  • Work towards growth and improvement of your personal and team KPIs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and issues raised by the Customer Experience team.

Ideal skill set we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse or office admin environment.
  • Ability to adapt to and implement new operational processes in a rapidly growing business.
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations, logistics and distribution.
  • Proficiency and knowledge of MS Office, data entry and analytics.
  • Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
