Notting Hill, for a Night Receptionist.
Are you a night owl who loves helping people? We are currently looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Night Receptionist to join their team and to be the face of their Front of House team during the night shift. If you enjoy working in a customer-facing role and making sure guests have an exceptional experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do:
- Be the Go- To Person- the “Night Hero”: You'll be in charge of the building during your shift, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Customer Care Excellence: Provide top-notch customer service, handling enquiries, requests, and complaints with a smile.
- Welcome Guests/Services: Greet guests on arrival, help with luggage, answer travel questions, and provide general information to make their stay enjoyable.
- Manage Reservations: Handle reservations, payments, and other transactions using our Property Management System.
- Online Updates: Keep our online travel agency profiles up-to-date and respond to guest reviews.
- Handle Cash: Safeguard cash, process payments, and ensure everything adds up.
- Special Requests: Prepare arrival and departure lists, and communicate special requests to the relevant departments.
- Variety of Tasks: From sorting mail to setting up conference rooms, you'll keep everything in order.
What We're Looking For:
- Customer Service Skills: Your warm, friendly, and outgoing personality will make guests feel welcome.
- Experience: At least 12 months in a customer-facing role in hospitality, retail, or a similar industry.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Word & Excel, and familiar with social media platforms.
- Flexible: Able to work night shifts and handle a variety of tasks.
Position Details:
- Salary: £24,735.36 per annum
- Part-Time: 35 hours/3 nights per week + 1 day shift
- Shift Hours: From 10 PM until 7 AM on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights, with the possibility of an additional 8-hour day shift between Sunday-Monday.
- Live-In Option: Available after successful completion of a probation period if desired.
- Location: Notting Hill.
- Holiday Scheme: 17 days + Birthday off.
- Benefits: Meals on duty, bonus scheme, flexible hours, Christmas bonus, pension scheme, and uniform provided.
- Probation Period: 3 months.
