Job : Data I/O Supervisor - Hybrid Location: West LondonShift : Night shift Monday - Friday Duration : Permanent Salary :Depending on experience Our client situated in the Media sector has an exciting opportunity available for a Data I/O Supervisor to join this global brand, the ideal candidate will may have worked in a similar role previously and be confident using systems such as Xytech MediaPulse, Aspera & Signiant delivery. This position is a Supervisor position but the ideal candidate does not need experience in managing a team or individuals. Duties to include ( but not limited to ) : 
  • Providing prompt and secure handling of all material received and sent from the office.
  • Downloading and delivering content across numerous delivery methods. 
  • Digital delivery
  • Archiving across a range of LTO formats. 
  • Spot checking incoming files and deliverable's to adhere to client’s specification. 
  • Updating company systems  
  • Managing and reporting any technical problems or errors to the Head of Department. 
  • Responsible for ensuring all operational procedures are followed.  
  • Project management and coordination
  • Maintaining all data within the business. 
  • Working on adhoc projects when required.??
  • Regular use of Xytech, MediaPulse, Aspera & Signiant delivery systems 
  • Digital supply chain
