About The School:This school is a welcoming and inclusive primary school located in the vibrant community of Lambeth, London.We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Teacher to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
- Support the social and emotional development of children, ensuring their well-being and safety.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement a rich and varied curriculum.
- Engage with parents and carers to build strong home-school partnerships.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a focus on early years education.
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A nurturing and patient approach, with a commitment to inclusive education.
