- In order to provide high quality learning and teaching within the School, the following are the goals
- Assist in the delivery of the KS3 Nurture and Development' class
- Assisting students in managing their behaviour positively and developing their social skills
- Work in partnership with parents and carers in order to support the education of their children in the best possible way
- In order to support positive behaviour, it is important to take into account students' personal, social and emotional needs.
- Planning and delivering effective lessons is an essential skill
- Manage the classroom's overall behaviour on a daily basis
- Teaching small groups based on the needs of the students
