We are looking for aNVQ Level 2Plumberwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theNVQ Level 2Plumber,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheNVQ Level 2Plumber,will be responsible for:
- Carry out a range of monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, chemical testing and minor plumbing tasks.
- Carry out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
- To be an ambassador for the Company whilst visiting customers sites.
- Maintain customer's water safe logbooks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company guidelines.
- Take a variety of Water samples from multiple sector properties and document these samples in line with the Water Technical Manual guidance.
- Complete and submit all documentation relating to the work carried out in a timely manner.
- Produce documentation and follow the progress of any paperwork regarding customer queries.
- Carry out water system clean and disinfections in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 with guidance for the Water Technical Manual.
To be successful for this NVQ Level 2Plumberrole you must have:
- NVQ level 2 in Plumbing is an essential minimum requirement for this role.
- Experienced Commercial Plumbers within the FM sector.
- Experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment is desirable.
- Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft package.
- The ability to work under pressure, being able to manage and work to deadlines.
