I am seeking an experienced Organisation Design Specialist for a 4-month contract with a leading retailer. This role focuses on supporting and implementing high-impact organisational design and effectiveness projects. You'll work with senior leaders, HRBPs, and line managers to drive alignment with the business strategy, creating value, enhancing colleague engagement, optimising efficiencies, and ultimately boosting profitability.

Responsibilities:

Organisation Design Implementation: Lead and support OD projects, including organisational capacity planning, job structure design, and clear accountability mapping.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders across the business, providing expert guidance on design frameworks and performance management tools.
Change Management: Design and build behavioural change interventions that align with organisational objectives.
Tool Development: Partner with the HR team to create best-practice frameworks, resources, and upskilling solutions for sustainable performance management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Organisation Design with a strong understanding of OD theory, methodology, and practical application.
Demonstrated success in delivering organisation change projects that drive business performance and efficiency.
Skilled in data analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder management at senior levels.
CIPD qualification or relevant HR background desirable; retail/logistics industry experience advantageous.
