    We're seeking a detail-oriented Office 365 Administrator to join our team and ensure our organization gets the most out of Microsoft's powerful suite of applications.

  • This is a succesful financial business who employ 100 high performing, remote-first individuals who use Office 365 - you will work alongside their IT Support team as the main Office 365 admin

Responsibilities:

  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions
  • Configure and troubleshoot Office 365 applications (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange)
  • Implement security best practices and maintain a healthy Office 365 environment
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot user issues
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Office 365 features and updates
  • Project Work and General IT & EUC Support

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience administering Office 365 or similar cloud-based productivity platform
  • Strong understanding of security principles and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
