Must have strong knowledge of the law, regulations, and standards and how to apply them.
Must pass the Ofsted "fit" test.
Must have a good understanding of safeguarding processes AND good leadership and management skills including financial management.
Health and Social Care qualifications are strongly favourable.
Driving Licence is required.
