An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Online Merchandiser who is passionate about trading online. This role is key in running and executing web merchandising tasks, and an expert on converting traffic online as well as covering all aspects of keeping the site up to date aesthetically and commercially.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the merchandising and operations team to deliver online trading tasks.

  • Work alongside online customer services for seamless back- end operations.

  • Support the team on the projects sitting on the digital roadmap.

  • Ownership of web KPI- Gross/Net sales, conversion, AOV, UPT.

  • Support the Assistant Merchandising Manager and Head of Online Trading on all web trading operations.

  • Responsible for content, productand stock accuracy on the web.

  • Take initiatives on developing a seamless user experience on the website.

  • Update homepage, sorting algorithms, sort andfilter, LHN/ top navigation with mobile-first strategy.

  • Assist in producing weekly trade reports

  • Assist the merchandisers on PLP, PDP, accurate product recommendations

  • Implement AB tests online with a clear view of the desired outcome.

Requirements

  • Experience in online retail environment, preferably women’s fashion.

  • Advanced excel, google sheets and data management skills.

  • Preferred- user of Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

  • Experience or interested in HTML or any other coding language.

  • Demonstrable experience of AB testing

  • Avid user of google analytics.

  • Strong communication skills.
