Operations Assistant
Remote (must be based in the South East)
Part-Time (Flexi hours)
£13p/h DOE
We have a rare opportunity to work remotely in a pert time role for a successful company, a leader in their field with over 30 years of experience in their industry. They are looking for someone that can start at 9.30am Monday to Friday and they are flexible on the finish time to suit you. You will be required to attend their office once a month and your own transport is essential.
With fantastic training model in place, you will learn everything you need to know about how they operate and will be working alongside the CEO.
This is a deadline driven position, you will be required to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure and work well as part of a down to earth team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling projects using a bespoke Excel based system, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Ensure research is carried out when required.
- Using the inhouse messaging system to deal with queries from colleagues
- Provide the highest level customer service via telephone and email.
- Assist with allocating projects to freelancers - working around their schedules and current projects.
- Assist with day-to-day activities from the Ops teams.
- Assist with workflows to ensure that client deadlines are met
- Ensure that CRM system is kept up to date with new and existing client activities.
- Assist with Forecasting and pulling data from CRM system.
- Be the first point of contact for clients and manage them to completion ensuring feedback is taken
- Take responsibility for obtaining feedback from clients and reporting this to the CEO
Skills
- B2B office-based experience
- Attention to detail is key
- Experience of Organisational/ scheduling experience in a B2B position
- Confident user of CRM/Excel based systems
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Excellent English - both written and verbal is essential to this position
- Confident user of MS Office is essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is looking to cut down their hours or someone that is part time already and is looking for a new challenge, you will be required to work 5 days a week and will be available to start at 9.30am you will also need to travel to their offices (located in the South East) once a month and will benefit from working one to one with the CEO and will occasionally be visited by the friendly office dog!
