The Operations Chefs will play a pivotal role in the success of the business. Working closely with the Head chefs and Ops Manager you will oversee a portfolio of 9+ operations in London with 2 new openings next year. The ideal candidate would be an Ops or Area Chef in restaurants with branded experience, looking to become part of a team in a company with a big future. Operations Chef What we need from you:
- Be Hands on, you wont be running shifts but you must lead from the front
- You will be in charge of developing menus and dishes
- Recruiting and On-boarding new chefs
- The ability and understanding to train and develop your team in all aspects from stocks, rotas, food safety to food SOP and presentation.
- A real people person with excellent communication skills
- Exemplary standards in all aspects of kitchen management
