The Role:
We are looking for a contract SC cleared Oracle HCM Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant for a remote inside ir35 6 month initial contract.
As our Powered HCM practice continues to grow, we are seeking SC Cleared Oracle HCM Strategic Workforce Planning Consultants with experience in configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically in Compensation and Benefits. This role involves:
- Developing lasting client relationships and actively building a network to address client needs.
- Providing compelling solutions to problems of moderate complexity.
- Leading client-facing meetings and facilitating workshops with large groups.
- Developing end-to-end solutions using industry best practices and understanding the options available within the product.
Ideal candidates will have:
- SC Clearance (preferred).
- Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Well-developed analytical skills to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.
- Experience in a functional role in a business or systems delivery environment.
- Proficiency in producing project deliverables such as business requirements, functional specs, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal, team building, organisational, and motivational skills.
- Awareness of key delivery methodologies, approaches, and market trends in the industry.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working effectively with client functional team representatives.
- A self-starter attitude and the ability to work well within ambiguity.
