The Outsourcing Manager Role:

In this varied and rewarding Outsourcing Manager role, you'll be the driving force behind clients' financial operations. You'll oversee a diverse portfolio, streamline processes, and lead a high-performing team, ensuring excellent results and client satisfaction. Your Key Responsibilities:* Collaborate with senior leadership to tailor service offerings for new clients.* Onboard clients seamlessly and maintain long-term relationships.* Lead reviews of bookkeeping, VAT returns, and management accounts.* Support clients with VAT compliance and guidance on tax queries.* Optimize clients' financial systems, processes, and controls.* Champion innovation by introducing the latest tools and technology.* Evaluate performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.

What We're Looking For:

You're an experienced professional with strong technical expertise and a knack for building relationships. Confident, adaptable, and ready to tackle challenges, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment.Your Experience:

* ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification (or qualified by experience).* Strong background in outsourcing, bookkeeping, or management accounting.* Good knowledge of VAT and compliance.* Excellent communication and leadership skills.* Advanced proficiency in Excel and Xero.
