With a strong focus on infrastructure and a commitment to excellence, they operate at the forefront of the industry.We are seeking an experienced and proactive PA/Secretary to support the Director in a pivotal role that requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.This position is based in North West London and is fully office based.Key Responsibilities:-Inbox management, flagging urgent items and drafting responses where appropriate-Diary management, arranging internal and external meetings-Arranging international travel, booking accommodation and processing expenses-Liaison with clients and key stakeholders-Preparing briefing notes for client meetings, summaries, and relevant documentation ahead of meetings-Assisting with client invoicing and billingKey Requirements:-Prior experience in a similar PA/Secretarial role, ideally within Financial Services, Investment, or Wealth Management-Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint-Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills-Outstanding time management and organisational abilitiesWe encourage all qualified candidates from a PA/Secretarial background who are excited about working in a thriving and vibrant company to apply.
