- Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to executives.
- Managing and prioritising executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents in both Japanese and English.
- Acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinating and organising events, conferences, and business trips.
- Assist in project management and follow up on action items.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
- Fluent in Japanese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse teams.
