A globally recognized Artist known for their avant-garde sound and style, is seeking an Executive, Personal & Creative Assistant to help foster an environment for creative productivity. The role will involve a dedication to nurturing a balance between the Artist’s professional obligations and personal life.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive support to the Artist’s creative team and developing a thorough knowledge of projects to act on behalf of the client if needed. • Facilitating the creative process with effective management of resources, coordinating with collaborators and ensuring all tools and environments are available.• Ring-fencing time in the Artist’s schedule to ensure sufficient time for well-being and creativity. • Handling day-to-day communications with the Artist’s team and collaborators. • Ensuring seamless coordination across projects, helping with their preparation and execution. • Coordinating logistics for the home and studio, arranging travel, accommodation, and personal appointments. • Preserving the Artist’s privacy with a mindful approach to paparazzi and security needs with regards to logistics. • Providing critical support during tour periods, assisting with travel, logistics, dressing room and backstage arrangements etc. • Facilitating an orderly personal life; arranging appointments, well-being prioritisation, liaising with household staff and general organisation of the home life.

Requirements:

• Genuine love of innovative art/music/culture. • Willingness to build a trusting professional relationship with the Artist and dedicate to the role for the long-term.• Highly discrete approach, able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and privacy at all times.• Possess a commitment to high standards and able to maintain a focus that matches the fast pace of the work environment.• Adaptability to different time zones and non-standard working hours.• Prepared to travel at short notice and for potentially long periods of time.• Able to gain an understanding of the Artist’s needs and how to ensure optimal availability for work. • Multi-tasking abilities that can encompass adapting to new challenges using excellent organisational skills. • Highly communicative and personable approach. • Proactive, thoughtful, and adaptable about the diverse requirements of the work.• Strong eye for detail.
