Office Based Role

An established Property company is seeking a PA to provide full administrative support to the Land and Development team. Responsibilities include managing diaries, meetings, e-mails, and assisting with recruitment and team reporting. Looking for an experienced PA available immediately.

Duties Included:

  • Produce and distribute correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes
  • Manage the Director's inbox and email correspondence
  • Serve as the team's main point of contact for calls and meetings
  • Coordinate diary management and meeting room bookings
  • Represent Directors and the company professionally
  • Maintain CDM Consultant Questionnaires and project documentation
  • Manage Purchase Orders and approvals
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies for hiring and handling new staff induction
  • Process team holiday, sickness, and absence reports, and manage holiday forms

Experience Required:

  • Happy to work 32 hours across 4 or 5 days
  • Previous PA experience- ideally within Property or Construction sector
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to network and quickly build a rapport with team members who are not necessarily based in the office
  • Methodical approach to workload, with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong secretarial skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills, with good ability to prioritise and manage expectations effectively
