PA 12M FTC West End £42,000 - £45,000THE COMPANY: Our client is a pharmaceutical company who are seeking a PA to join on a 12-month fixed term basis, for a maternity leave cover. THE ROLE:
  • Extensive diary management and scheduling of meetings
  • Submitting expenses and invoices
  • Managing filing systems and databases
  • Oversight of IT and act as the main contact for external providerS 
THE PERSON:
  • Previous PA / EA experience at C-suite level
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Experience within a Pharmaceutical company previously is desirable
  • Strong administrative skills
