This highly renowned Investment firm based in the West End has a great opportunity for an all round multi-tasking PA to support 3 Partners.
There will be a variety of duties that include:-
- Extensive diary management with travel and accommodation booking
- Submitting and processing expenses
- Assisting with the organising of events, social activities
- Setting up of meeting rooms and team activities etc
Yo will need the following:-
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- A can -do attitude with enthusiasm
- Experience gained from professional or financial services
- Have supported as a PA
