Leading global law firm with stunning offices in London are seeking to hire a new PA Manager for their renowned Corporate department, this is a permanent full-time position.

  • Generous salary
  • 9:30 till 17:30
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

PA Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all allocated secretarial resources
  • Support Head of Secretarial Services
  • Responsible for resource allocation regularly reviewing workloads
  • Manage headcount and draft business cases for additional support
  • Supporting the annual salary and bonus review
  • Identify skills gaps within PA team and make sure all Junior Pas have a development plan in place
  • Office management support regarding office moves, graduate recruitment, billing cycles etc.

PA Manager Key Skills & Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience within a law firm
  • Proven team management experience
  • Sound knowledge of PA Admin within the legal sector
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
