A founder of a leading skincare brand is seeking an organise, adaptable, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant. This role involves managing a complex schedule, travel logistics, and communications, requiring professionalism, confidentiality, and multitasking abilities.

JOB TITLE: PA to Founder

COMPANY: Beauty

CONTRACT: Temporary, up to 2 months'

START: ASAP

SALARY: 35,000 - 40,000 (permanent salary equivalent) *potentially to go slightly higher for the right candidate!

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise a busy calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
  • Arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and handle last-minute changes as needed.
  • Screen, prioritise, and respond to communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, maintaining a professional rapport with stakeholders.
  • Prepare agendas, gather materials for meetings, attend as needed, take notes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Organise documents, manage records, track expenses, and assist with personal tasks as needed.
  • Support logistics for brand events, press engagements, and project timelines in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Uphold brand standards and maintain strict confidentiality in all communications and interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills; proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and discreet, with a solution-focused approach.
